Which adapter(s) will work in Kenya and Tanzania?

Kenya and Tanzania use the same adapter plug as the U.K. It is called a Type G adapter.

Amazon has them. Shops at the airport are 3 times more expensive. The problem with the Apple kit is that you only get one adapter. You will likely need 3-4 to run the laptop, iPhones, iPads, hair dryer, razor, etc.
