MAKE UP A SCENARIO:

If you mention that you ware having issues with your Apple Account, then you'll keep getting kicked off, being instructed to call Apple Support. So, make up a scenario, such as "My WiFi is having Issues." You'll get a chat session that way, sure enough. Then, move on to what the real reason is while chatting.
