iPhone screen mirroring

I am filming a video in the room 1 using my iPhone and I mirror my iPhone screen to a speaker (a tv or a Mac) in the room 2 by using airplay at the same time.

I know the images captured by the iPhone camera can be transmitted to the speaker simultaneously. But can my sound captured by iPhone microphone be transmitted to the speaker simultaneously as well?

Or in other words, can the speaker in the room 2 simultaneously play what I am saying in the room 1 during the video filming?
