My iPhone says my SIM card isn’t recognized and it thinks I changed my sim card but I didn’t do anything to tamper with my phone… it was working last night and I woke up with the SIM card message blocking me from calls and texts 

My phone when I woke up says SIM failure.  It worked fine when I went to bed

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Try removing and reinserting the SIM.

If that doesn't work, contact your carrier for a replacement SIM. Yours may have failed.
