Apple ID photo reverts my initials on iPhone account but not on my Mac account
Why does my photo revert to my initials on my iPhone apple account, but doesn’t change on my MacBook apple account?

Verify your photo is included in your Contacts.app on your iPhone
Add or change contact pictures in Contacts on Mac
