update 16.5
My phone updated to 16.5 but i can not hear the person on the other end of the phone now. Please help.

First, go to Settings/Sounds & Haptics and make sure Change with Buttons is turned on.
Then, while you are on the call, change the volume with the buttons on the left side of the phone.
Do you have a screen protector on your phone? Does it cover the ear speaker?
yes I tried that but still sound like the person is far away when speaking to me.

Nothing is covering it. It was working fine until it did the update.
