Apple Watch 3 Fitness notifications defaulted to ‘Moira’

I had to reset my Watch 3 as the Fitness App was not synching after a power failure. Prior to this my Apple Fitness notifications were audible in the same Irish voice as my iPhone.

After the reset whilst Siri voice for weather is correct / Irish, Apple Fitness notifications have defaulted back to robotic ‘Moira’. Regardless of changing settings my Watch now shows swirly symbol and that it will download Siri voice once connected to WiFi and charging. I’ve left the Watch overnight with no effect. Any ideas ?
