iPhone 6 Water Damage

My iPhone 6 was wet under the sink for a few seconds. I quickly dried it, and turned it on, and the screen was completely green. After that, I turned it off, and it showed the no battery symbol, and then it had a complete black screen. I tried charging it, but I learned that was a bad idea so I stopped. I took out the SIM card and left it to evaporate. What should I do?
