signing out of apple ID

Hey I have a work iPhone which has my personal Apple ID attached - now I have a work appleID - how do I sign out of the appleID (personal) so I can sign into the work Apple ID? The iPhone is a iPhone 7.

(I have already removed the device from my personal ID, and I do not have the option of signing into the Apple ID on my work phone, as it does not have that as an option under Settings).

same id with two other devices I have my ipad connected to my iphone and I was wondering if i sign out of my ipad to make another apple id, will it also sign out of my iphone? it happened before but it was vise versa (signed out of my iphone and then it signed out my ipad) im asking this because i dont know if it only works for phones or?

You need to contact your company - IT department, and ask them to do it for you.
