Presumably you refer to the iPad Magic Keyboard folio for iPad10:

Apple’s product description states that this keyboard has a two-piece design.
The similarly named Magic Keyboard for iPad, compatible with recent models of iPad Pro and iPad Air is not compatible with iPad10.
