Website problem in checking the warranty

Why can't you check the warranty of the phone? It's been 3 days, so when are you going to make this site? I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but I can't check if it's active or not

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, but since Sunday, I could not check whether the phone is active because the Apple Warranty Check site is down. Please explain when the problem with the site is going to be solved??
