Hi Neighborhood_Niii,

In order for third-party apps to operate with or be accessed via Siri, the app itself must include the required support functions. The developer site Siri Overview - Apple Developer describes the development side of this in further detail.

WhatsApp offers the page How to use Siri with WhatsApp outlining the necessary steps to enable that service.

If still not working as expected, WhatsApp is a third-party app and contacting them to inquire if this functionality is supported, or to request assistance on it would be necessary. The page How to contact an app developer outlines how to reach the most appropriate group for this type of help.

Regards.
