Tried asking Siri to call people using WhatsApp but she is countering problem and unable to proceed with the call

OK......Another place to check and this is an important one:
Go to iPhone Settings > tap Siri & Search.
Scroll down and tap WhatsApp.
Turn on Use with Ask Siri.
Have you granted Access to your contacts for WhatsApp by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Contacts > turn on the switch for WhatsApp
Then you need to contact WhatsApp directly. WhatsApp is owned by Meta and is not an Apple product. You've given the right permissions for it to do what you want. Since Apple doesn't own the app, nor the code in the app, Apple has no control over the functionality of 3rd party apps. Over the years, Meta, the parent company of FaceBook, WhatsApp and Instagram have notoriously coded applications which often have performance issues.

Are you connected to Wifi when you're trying to do this?
I don't know what to tell you. You could delete the app, then reinstall it. But if you do, make sure you back it up in the app, so you don't lose your chats.
