Payment deducted by Apple service but service not received

I took a subscription of Netflix and paid from the UPI which is uploaded in my payments and subscription option. The payment was deducted but I didn’t receive the subscription and service. It is also showing in the UPI app that my transaction was successful but why I am unable to get the service on the app?

please help and solve the issue as soon as possible.
