I need help. I can record video from my Iphone 13 Pro in 4K · 2160 × 3840 · 60 FPS
But when I download it from Icloud, the video is only 1280x720 30FPS and...I donť know why
Yes, I have in setting of Icloud to download original source but still, bad quality
Or Can I somehow get it in full quality on Windows PC?

It's been a while since you asked this question.
If you select the videos you want to download, you'll see 3 dots at the top right corner.
If you press that and choose "more download options", you should select the option I think it’s call "unchanged original" in English.
It should download it in it’s original quality.
(The picture is in dutch, but you can see the dots). The red word is the "hide" option, above it you can find the "more download options". Do NOT choose the "most compatible" option. That will make it 720p 30fps. :)

Icloud - when i download video it is not full quality (record 4K, download 720p)
