iCloud.com ---> PC -- Low photos quality

Hi. I know theres a lot similiar threads about it, but I still cant find an answer. I record video in 4K/60

and I cant download the full size video. No mather what option of download i choose. "unmodified" etc... i get low quality (HD) mp4. No 4k .mov im using windows and downloading via icloud.com from browser. I didn't had this issues before. When i picked unmodified I was dowloading full resolution .mov videos. I've had all iPhones starting from 7. Now 15 Pro. The only way to get full resolution videos is by cable... Pls help.

Update: I think I've found the solution.

If I need to download only 'one single video file' from icloud, using best quality option (unmodified original) - (Im still getting it in low HD resolution 1280x720 30fps .MP4 format). But if I select at least one more file with it, doesnt matter, photo or video. Im getting them packed (RAR) and in full resolution 3840x2160 60fps in .MOV format - as it should be. Tested on Windows and Linux, different browsers, diffrent devices - same thing. So it looks like a bug in icloud.com (the problem occurs only with video files). I hope someone finds this thread useful. Regards.
