Thunderbolt 3 dock stop charging when macbook spleeps

Hi all,

i own a Belkin F4U095 docking station that i use, of course, as source of power.

I left the mac close for a couple of days (not using it) and i when i came back i noticed that the battery was about 50%, the half than 2 days before, even if the mac was attached to dock.

I did some tests and i noticed that when the mac goes to sleep mode (when i lock the screen or after unactivity time), after few minutes the dock stop charging and the led becomes red. is that when i put the mac in stand by mode, after 5 min the docking led become red.

That's not good.

I want my MBP always at 100% when it's plugged to the Belking dock station.

Am i doing something wrong?

Than you

Try using the mag safe charger and cord that shipped with your Mac when new and compare your results.
