Yet another Kernel panic, Watchdogd related

This seems a rather common issue after looking around the web for a while, but most of the threads seem to talk about Catalina.

I'm on a Mac Mini 2018, with Ventura 13.0. I'm getting a kernel panic about every 3 days. The only things that I've running on it is a couple of java apps and Chrome. I'm also attaching the log about the kernel panic below. There is no hardware whatsoever connected to the machine and I'm struggling to understand what is really causing the issue. I'm about to try using caffeinate, like I've seen in some posts, to prevent the machine from possibly sleeping, although I configured it to never sleep. Any ideas or tips?
