Not able to print A3

I am unable to print A3 using any Macbooks in my school. We have got Ricoh MPC3004 network printer. It prints fine using Windows. But, when I give A3 print from any Mac it just prints on A4 every time. Tried changing configuration.

For many printers, selecting anything other than the default paper size requires you to deliberately specify a different source paper tray than the MAIN paper tray. This requires YOU to change the default settings and select a different physical tray when specifying print copies and page ranges.

If you have not been provided a Printer Driver for your computer that has these options, you cannot print anything except default size.

You should contact your school's computer support group for detailed assistance.
