Correct Media Player for Adobe Reader in MAC

I have an old Mac Pro. I have these PDF files with embedded audio and when I click the play button I get a message "The Media requires an additional player. Click on "Get Media Player" to download the correct media player...when I click the Adobe web page is not found.

I tried and tried, looked under preferences, and found that Quick Time is setup as the default, but I can't change it. I downloaded other audio players like Elmedia..nothing changed. HELP!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.7

Uninstall Adobe Flash Player:

Almost seems you need to uninstall Adobe Flash Player --which is no longer supported. Web nowadays browsers have flash players built into them. To get the uninstaller, use my user tip: Adobe Flash Player for Mac - Where to Get the Uninstaller - User Tip
