Can't trash AssetsV2

Can't trash AssetsV2, which was relocated and already exists in my System > Library folder

The trash won't let me delete these items - they all seem to be MobileAsset stuff from a microsoft app?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.3

Unable to find the Mobile Documents folder under Library An Excel file is no longer opening. When I look at the path it has been filed as follows: Macintosh HD>Users>myname>Library>Mobile Documents>Trash I am unable to find the Mobile Documents folder under Library. Any help is appreciated. Emptying Trash gets hung up with files both on iCloud and local My iCloud was getting full so I am trying to delete extraneous files. Here is what happens: Identify a block of files to delete and issue "Move to Trash" if the system gets hung up on a file (why?) the Emptying Trash says "Moving Y items to Trash. Items to delete: x files. Then hangs forever. I have left it overnight to see what happens. Nothing. Solution: Open Activity Monitor. Force Quit Finder Try again. Then it works. The select next block of files. Repeat. REALLY? Why can the Trash not delete these files whether they are local or on iCloud? Have a complaint about iCloud too but that is another entry.
