in the Kindle app is screen no longer auto rotated. How can I remedy this?

My screen won’t rotate. So my portrait orientation is off, but none of my apps will rotate into landscape mode. I don’t know what to do to fix this problem.

kindle app continuous scrolling not working correctly on new ipad New iPad Pro 4the gen will not allow for the continuous scrolling to be set on the kindle app. Amazon couldn’t provide a fix either. I toggle it on and it won’t stay on. I’ve reloaded app several times and doesn’t help. Verified I’m using the latest version of the kindle app. I’ve seen other discussions with same problem with no solution posted. Works fine on my old iPad so it’s some kind of glitch with this model of iPad. Any ideas?

It works on my 12. I suggest you restart the phone. Also check that the phone itself rotates (no rotation lock) and if it does then uninstall and reinstall the app.
