the app/website usage issue

Dear all,

The screen time indicates that I have spent over an hour on this app/website, yet I have no recollection of ever encountering it before. I haven't visited the website or downloaded the app at any point. This discovery has left me quite surprised, so I decided to research the app and came across a similar issue raised by someone else, but unfortunately, no answers were provided. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further, as it's quite frustrating to consider the possibility that it may be running in the background without our consent or that there might be a bug causing this issue.

By the way, it's even more perplexing that the screen time shows that I have used this app/website not just once, but twice. This has intensified my confusion and frustration regarding the situation.
