Outlook calendar tab slow to respond

Apple doesn't solve this for years, despite several remarks of endusers.

I have this for years on different (new) PC, different outlook versions, different icloud versions:

As from the moment you install the Icloud calender integration, opening the calender app in outlook takes seconds. Always, Everywhere.

I have a new PC laptop and it works really well. I am a heavy Outlook user (which has been working very well on my new laptop until recently). I installed iCloud on my laptop so that I could see my iCloud calendars in my Outlook but as soon as I did that, literally the next time I used Outlook, the calendar took several seconds (approx 10 seconds) to load. Once I wait for the 10 seconds the calendar runs fine. If I then move to mail in Outlook and then back to calendar (and I do this all day long) I encounter the same delay.
