AddressBookSourceSync quit unexpectedly.

This error message is popping up about once a minute and simply makes me crazy. Any idea how to solve this issue and get access to my contacts again? Many thanks in advance for your help/advice.

Apple Contacts crashes any time I use it Hello: Apple Contacts on my Mac crashes any time I try to do anything with it. I also cannot save new contacts from Apple Mail to Contacts like I used to. I think these problems began after upgrading to OS Ventura. Help please! Thank you

In Sys Prefs>iCloud, uncheck Contacts for a test.
