Blackscreen after update to 16.5

Hello,

Does anyone here have the same problem as me?

In the evening I had the iPhone updated to 16.5

The phone was connected to the charger, wifi and I had power and data.

The alarm woke me up in the morning, but there was a black screen on the phone.
Display responds to touch (I can receive phones)
The Apple logo appears on restart or the charging logo, so the display is fully functional

I tried 1. hard reset
2. hard reset during charging
3. factory reset via iTunes without loading backup data.
4. discharge the phone and charge it to 100%

The phone was in service where I was told that the hardware is ok.
