All my full page screenshot PDFs that were stored in my files app on my iPad with highlights and annotations etc have disappeared as of this morning. I have no idea how to get them back. How do I get them back?

Try looking in the "Recently Deleted" folder in the Files App, to see if you can recover the PDF files:
