Cannot login on samsung device

Cannot login on Apple Music app in my samsung device n not receiving verification code. But I can login in community /support using same login Info

Apple music not letting me sign in i can’t sign in on apple music on any browser i’ve deleted cookies and everything it tells me i’m signed in but shows the still shows the sign in button and when i click it, it makes me put in my icloud account and password and ask for a verification code and when i do that it just loads and brings me back to the screen i was before with the sign in button. i’ve also restarted the computer and router nothing works

Not able to login to Apple Music using android I have 2step verification enabled but when I try to login from android, it just keep loading without sending me the otp to my iPhone or sending me any message. I have trusted phone number and devices. I get otp when logging in from windows or iPhone/iPad. But nothing happens from android after I enter my password. I think I can’t disable 2 step verification now as it’s more than 2 weeks I enabled it. How to fix this? I have tried restarting the app and device multiple times

Problems with Apple Music sign-in on Android after security keys are added to Apple ID Hi, I noticed a potential bug after adding security keys to my Apple ID. Upon login to my Apple Music on my android phone I was prompted to enter an authentication code. Normally this would pop up on my mac and I would approve the signin and get the code. When security keys are added, this is no longer the case. Instead what happens is a notification pops up on the mac saying someone is trying to sign into your account using your apple ID with two options (OK or This Wasn't Me). Clicking "OK" makes the notification go away and no code is given. Clicking "This Wasn't Me" or clicking on the actual notification takes me to the Apple ID password reset flow which also produces no code. It is only after removing my security keys from my Apple ID that I am able to get the authentication code prompt popping up again on the mac. Not ideal so I hope this can be fixed. Cheers M

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to sign into Apple Music on your Android phone, as you are not getting a verification code. If you have any Apple devices, see if you can use them to generate the verification code with the steps here Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support as you can use a trusted device to get verification codes instead of SMS on your Android phone.
