To clarify, when resetting the AirPods, were the steps in the article below the specific ones you used?


If so, we'd also recommend double checking your accessibility settings under Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual. Put your AirPods in and play audio. After that, slide the Balance slider to the right and left, to force audio to one AirPod vs the other. Is there any sound out of the right one?


If not, it is potentially in need of service, and we'd advise contacting Apple Support directly for assistance.
