Search Marquis

I have a teachers laptop that is infected with the Search-Alpha and her son must have either downloaded a game or played a game online. It is a MB Pro computer.

Regardless, Chrome and Safari are both infected with it. Malwarebytes does see it and quarantines it but is not fully removing it.

I have looked in Application Support, Launch Daemons and Agents but I need to know what specifically am I looking for. In AS there is a lot of folders but nothing that stands out. In LD there is nothing there. In LA there is nothing there.

I have reset and cleared the cache in Safari and Chrome.

How do I resolve this issue?
