No airdrop between iPhone 14 and 13

Previously you indicated

Iphone 14 CAN airdrop to Iphone 13, only not the other way round.

and just now

 Iphone13 pro is still not dicovered by any other mac device.

The first statement suggests that the iPhone 14 is able to see and AirDrop to the iPhone 13 and the latter statement suggests the iPhone 13 is not appearing on any device.

Assuming that AirDrop is working as expected on the iPhone 14 and Mac but not the iPhone 13 and the other steps you've tried have not helped and you've ensured that Personal HotSpot is not in use on either device, contact Apple Support to investigate this matter further.
