photo issue - pixel/dot at same are of photos taken with front camera

Hi All,

I recently noticed that on photos (not all the time) taken with my front camera of iPhone 13 pro max there is a certain dot/pixel at the same area of my photos.

Phone is returned to apple, but they found no issue, however I can see these spots on the photos taken with front camera. It is annoying because my phone is still under AppleCare+, but there is no resolution offered by apple.

Any suggestion how to resolve this?
