New messaging app inside texting?

Have any other parents seen this blip in their kids’ messages?

I’ve looked through the community here, saw posts from March of 2023 make mention of it, but the answers were inconclusive.

Could it be an addition into the texting platform through apple devices like “GamePigeon” or just an external chatting app?
