Damage back of phone while using iPhone 14 Pro Max Clear Case with MagSafe

Has anyone cracked the back of a IPhone14ProMax using the iPhone 14 Pro Max Clear Case with MagSafe? I have damaged 2 phones in just a few months and I can’t pinpoint any specific incidents where the phone has been dropped. Does Apple guarantee their phones against damage when using Apple cases?

Dropped iPhone15 - repair case damage Hi all. After many years my wife finally replaced her iPhone6S with an iPhone15. Of course her old carry case didn't fit the new phone so she just put it in her purse. The purse spilled the phone onto concrete when our doggo went a bit crazy and so on day 1 of getting her new phone there are scratches to the aluminum case including raised sharp areas where she holds the phone. Shattered back of iPhone 14 pro Anyone else have an issue with a shattered back of a brand new iPhone 14 Pro? I just had my phone activated on 9 January and of course the guy that signed me up for assured me I would have insurance didn’t add that insurance onto my brand new phone. I’ve never gone without insurance in my life and of course, in one case I needed it ever I don’t have it. Dropped it off of my lap from a distance of about 2 feet with a case and it’s completely shattered.

Apple MagSafe leather case snapped Has anyone else experienced this issue. During normal usage of a case after 4 months my premium apple MagSafe leather case has snapped upon removing it from the phone. Snapped at the volume and standby button so is now unusable. Apple Store and support says despite having a 12 month warranty this does not cover accidental damage? how is this accident damage. Am I not suppose to remove the phone from the case to clean my phone on occasion? Terrible service and I expect this would fail at trading standards!
