My phone is not letting me undo being disabled from my App Store and ITunes. I have reset my password on my phone and through the apple website. Also I have added a new form of payment through the apple website, None of this is working. I cannot purchase anything, renew any subscriptions or finish adding payment. Please help!

According to the support article: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support , you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked".
