Battery Health is an inexact figure that varies with usage. Yours is excellent. The typical Apple Battery lasts about 2 years with normal use. When Battery Health reaches 80%, it will be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for Battery Replacement. This link may be of interest...

Utter nonsense. The phone controls charging, and it stops at 100%, then if you leave it connected the external power source runs the phone, letting the battery rest. Thus, it is BETTER for the battery to leave it connected after it reaches full charge.
Power will always flow through the phone’s battery to power the phone. Once the phone’s battery reaches 100%, charging will stop. Then, the battery will need to supply power to the phone, and trickle-charging will occur. Shutting down the phone will be the best option, as the battery can rest.
Wrong. Power does not always flow through the phone’s battery to power the phone in newer phones. It did 10 years ago, but not newer designs. Apple’s best practice says to charge the phone overnight, every night, with Optimized Charging enabled. Or are you saying Apple is wrong?
Just some data points, If you are correct my batteries in all of my phones should have died years ago, because I charge overnight, every night. My current iPhone 14 Pro, which I got on the day it was released, battery shows 100% capacity after 9 months. My old iPhone XR, which I still have shows 94% capacity 4 years after it went into service. My wife’s iPhone 8, 5 1/2 years old, has 98% capacity. So I must be doing something right.
Okay but I got scared when it dropped 3% in a month after normal uses.
How long has it been since the phone was new?
I purchased it as a brand new phone in March.
So it is about where it would be expected, as iPhone batteries on average lose about 1% per month.
It degraded rapidly from the last 20 days(2%). Which is my concern .
