Hello,

Go on settings, messages > turn off imessage, facetime > turn off facetime. Then reset network settings, (here there's information on what resetting network settings does If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support), after that is done connect to your network go to settings > my number and change your number. Then you can turn on imessage and facetime back.
