If the EID is not visible in Settings > General > About, force a restart and check again. Failing that, then contact Apple. Use the Support link in the lower left corner of this webpage, and chat or call as available.

My iPhone 13 Pro EID number has missed ._What to do model No MLTE3ZA/A
Is the EID field blank, or is there no EID field at all in Settings/General/About?
The EID is the serial number of the active eSIM, so if you don’t have an eSIM set up there will be no value, but the field will still be there.
Someone else had a similar problem a couple of days ago; their phone was a US model, but it had dual nanoSIMs (as observed by the fact that the SIM carrier had a place for 2 SIM cards).
They did not have an EID field at all in Settings/General/About.

My iPhone 13 Pro Max not showing Eid
If the EID is not showing, then either you have a dual-SIM model (no eSIM), or a problem with your carrier. Check with your carrier.
Here is how to find the IMEI or (for CDMA-capable iPhone models) MEID:

That is a dual-SIM iPhone 13 Pro model in Sierra Blue, and was sold in China mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.
That model is SIM only, with Dual SIM hardware. There is no eSIM, so there is no EID.

my iPhone 13pro is not showing EID number ?Why?
What is shown in settings for the Apple “A” model code?
Settings > General > About > tap on the Model Number “M” code shown, and the “A” number should appear.
If this iPhone 13 Pro is the usual no-EID report around here, it’s a grey-market purchased dual-SIM iPhone model originally sold in China mainland, Hong Kong, or Macao, and this iPhone will show the model code of A2639.
No dual-SIM models have eSIM, so no EID will be shown.
And no, eSIM cannot be enabled and eSIM hardware cannot be added.
Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support (lists the “A” codes for most (all?) iPhone models, and where each was sold.
If this iPhone “A” model is not one originally sold in China mainland, Hong Kong, or Macao (and thus without eSIM, and thus without EID), contact your carrier first, and then contact Apple Support.

The same problem, a couple of days ago my eSIMs stopped working (iPhone 14 pro-US ) and then I did a network setting reset nothing changed but I figured out that’s no EID number in the settings
The EID is the serial number of the active eSIM; it is the eSIM equivalent of the ICCID of a physical SIM. If you have no EID listed that means your eSIM is not activated. You need to contact your carrier.
Your issue is different from other posts in this thread, which is that ther is no place for an EID to appear in Settings/General/About.
For the EID on iPhone, Settings > General > About, and scroll down.
eSIM requires iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later, but not all of those models support eSIM. If you don’t see an EID listed, then either your iPhone has an issue with its eSIM hardware, or you have an iPhone XS or newer model intended for sale in a country or region that does not use eSIM; in China, Hong Kong, or Macao.
If you have a dual-SIM iPhone model—one that supports two nano-SIM cards—then you likely do not have eSIM support, and will not have EID.
On a US model iPhone 11 just checked, it has a SIM installed with a plan, and the eSIM (IMEI2) is unused, and the EID shows.
Bring the iPhone into Apple, or an Apple authorized service provider, or your carrier, and ask them.
PS: Looks like AT&T shuffled their website and my link is now gone, and what seems to be the replacement article is linked for and titled for iPhone, but contains Android screenshots and info. Whoopsies.
