Voice breaking during the call using speaker phone in iPhone 13

When I make a cellular call using my iPhone 13 without accessories (just as a normal handset), the person you're calling will not understand you if there is noise around. i.e if the opposite person interrupt or some noises from opposite side or from surroundings. This problem becomes especially bad when I use the speakerphone on cellular calls. Then pretty much every little noise around me beats my voice.

If I use AirPods or anyother bluetooth device or headphones, cellular calls are on good quality.

Even if I make calls on FaceTime, Yes, it does. When you make a cellular call using your iPhone without accessories (just as a normal handset), the person you're calling will not understand you if there is noise around (cars driving, wind, etc.). This problem becomes especially bad when you use the speakerphone on cellular calls. Then pretty much every little noise around you beats your voice.

If you want good quality on cellular calls on any iPhone 13 model, you need AirPods or a similar bluetooth device with built-in microphone noise cancellation.

If you make calls on FaceTime, I am having the same issue even though there is an own voice isolation feature in FaceTime.

Note, I have iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is having Phone Noise Cancellation option under "Audio/Visual". By enabling this, I could make a quality call through iPhone 12 Pro Max. Whereas my iPhone 13 is lack of this feature, hence I am facing issues during the calls. Seriously it is frustration and I have tried all the troubleshooting options, but no luck.

Will Apple fix the Phone Noise Cancellation from upcoming updates or any other work around to make a quality calls.

I could see many post related this issue, but I couldn't find any solution yet from apple. Any update from this community is much appreciated.
