Any way to apply Lock Screen Filters to regular photos?

Basically, the title. Looking for a way to apply the lock screen filters new to iOS 16.5 for the iPhones to a photo and save the photo without the time in the background.

Specifically, the "Color Backdrop" filter which sort of grays out the background in a golden sort of color and leaves the person in the image in color.

Please tell me this is possible to do outside of the lock screen, but using that same filter?

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this in the way you want it to happen, however, thanks to a recent update, you can isolate the subject of a portrait photo by tapping and holding on it, dragging it out of the photo and into the bottom of your photo gallery in Photos. You can then apply whatever edits you would like, and many third-party apps provide the service to change the background colour, as this is a popular feature. Apologies.
