Remove all Awards from Fitness app

I have tried many different things for this and still no success as of yet.

I have a number of awards on the fitness app from previous use of my Apple Watch. Since I haven’t used my Apple Watch in a while I want to start a fresh and remove any previous awards. I have factory reset my watch and cleared all health and fitness data but these awards are still on the fitness application.

If possible I’d prefer not to set up a new Apple ID as everything I need is one the one I have already.

Someone, anyone please help!
