If you are referring to Internet Explorer running on a Win11 virtual machine in Parallels, it cannot be done since Microsoft has obsoleted IE for several years now and has zero support for it in win11, especially for a Win11 ARM 64 virtual machine.
Microsoft Edge is now the browser for win11 machines.
Then you must deal with your IT department. Sites on an "inTRAnet" are internal to an organization and not available to non employees, non students and the like.
Then tell your IT department to get their act together. They had plenty of notice that IE was being killed off.
