US IPad Keyboard In Differentiere language

Hi,

so yesterday I just bought an iPad in the US. And I was hesitant to buy the keyboard cover as I am Danish and we have some letters the US don’t!

my question is, if I change the language of the iPad to Danish, will the IPad Cover keyboard automatically change the right letters even though they are not physically there?

the cover is just way cheaper here compared to Denmark and I would like to know if I am able to write in Danish on a US IPad cover Keyboard.

please let me know!

Yes, what is actually produced by keys is determined by the keyboard layout you choose in your system settings.

Add or change keyboards on iPad - Apple Support

But note that Apple's keyboards are normally also available in Danish from the online store. Pretend you are buying one to see the choices, like below
