iPhone 13 - call fails

I just upgraded to an iPhone 13 from the X, and everything seemed okay until I tried calling my CVS store and received a call fail, then I tried calling a friend in Louisiana and received the same call fail. However, I had received other calls and could make calls too, such as to my neighbor? I noticed I now have two lines, a primary and a personal? Could that have something to do with it? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this issue.
