Problem with my Iphone

When I place a call, the other party does not see my name. They see a city, unavailable, or something else. How can this be corrected?

iPhone 13 - call fails I just upgraded to an iPhone 13 from the X, and everything seemed okay until I tried calling my CVS store and received a call fail, then I tried calling a friend in Louisiana and received the same call fail. However, I had received other calls and could make calls too, such as to my neighbor? I noticed I now have two lines, a primary and a personal? Could that have something to do with it? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this issue.

No incoming callers id i have iphone 13 pro max from around 2 days i have a problem with incoming calls all calls are coming as NO CALLED ID even from people i know i asked my friends /family to call me and they all showing as NO CALLER ID i need a solution please

Call service is provided by the carrier, so address this issue to them.
