Phone says Unavailable instead on my name when I call somone

How can I can fix this. Instead of saying my name when I call someone, their screen now says unavailable.

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Show my Caller ID: Set this to ON.
