Setup Face ID

When I tried to setup Face ID , it showing message like move your IPhone lower and higher

Hello,shinu14.

Go to the setting in your iphone and go to face id & passcode. And when you set up your face id do move your face with circular motion. upside,downside,right side,left side, move your face in circular motion.
