iCloud Backup issues on iOS 16.5?

It would be helpful of you could provide some details about what happens when you try to back up. In the absence of details, you can try this which has worked for me at times.

Go to settings>Your Name>iCloud>iCloud Backup>Off. Go to Settings>WiFi>Off. Restart your phone. Then Go back and turn WiFi on and turn on the iCloud backup. Try a manual backup and see if it works.

If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support

Have you tried rebooting your router? Have you tried another WiFi network?

I’m not sure what else to suggest other than to delete the last backup and then try again. Sometimes that helps but I hesitate to suggest it if it’s your only backup.

I’ve tried everything. Turn wifi off and on on the phone. Reboot router. I get a message that the back up couldn’t be completed due to poor network conditions. Nothing in the house on the wifi is having any issues except apple products. Tired of this. Had zero issues until all the 16.5….. rapid fire updates.

It seems it will back intermittently.
