Icloud Storage Full Notification won't go away - Macbook

I've just purchased the M2 Macbook Pro and the ICloud Storage Notification won't leave. I've upgraded the storage space so I gave plenty of space but the notification is still present. I attempt to click on the notification and it still wont leave.

‘Your icloud storage is full’ notification will not go away It’s driving me insane. For some reason starting yesterday the icloud storage is full notification kept popping up as a banner every 2 minutes and i’m not joking. when I click it, it tries to make me buy more Icloud storage which I don’t want to do and I cant find where to block notifications. Literally every 2 minutes or less. Please help! Edit: I counted and it’s every 38 seconds!

Icloud storage offer in settings menu spazzing out. Recently I've been having this issue where I get a notification to buy more iCloud storage like the normal ($0.99) per month type offer. The issue is when I press on the offer (bc I want to get rid of the notification), the menu that pops up shakes intensely. It's annoying and I want to get rid of it, as I am a perfectionist. This makes me want to get rid of it.
