This iPhone is unable to determine battery health. An Apple Authorised Service Provider can service the battery.

2 possibilites:

1) The battery was replaced, but the shop installed the wrong battery

2) The battery is genuine, but it is defective. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop to have the battery replaced
